Scheduling and Fees
Scheduling a Mediation:

Fee Structure
Effective Oct. 1, 2021, my hourly fee is $300.
Unless otherwise agreed prior to the day of mediation, the minimum duration shall be 4 hours.
Payment
Payment is required 2 days before the scheduled mediation, unless other arrangements are made.
There is no charge to reschedule or cancel mediation, if done at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, the fee will be charged. If I am able to substitute another mediation, the entire deposit will be refunded.
Early Conclusion of Mediation
But for exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the mediator, should the mediation session conclude prior to the end of the time allotted, fees for the remaining time shall not be refunded.
Travel
There is no travel charge if my round trip is one hour or less.
Billing Arrangements
I will bill each party/attorney equally unless other arrangements are made or agreed upon in writing. However, all fees are the joint and several liabilities of each party and their respective attorneys. Late fees of 1.5% per month will be charged on all unpaid balances.
Alternative Arrangements
I will provide pro bono mediation where at least one party has pro bono counsel. Please call me to inquire about this service.
